ACMER PACKAGING Pallet Dispenser is design to handle all standard pallet sizes and can be modified to accommodate custom pallet loading. It could load 15 or more pallets, and can be used as a pallet collector. This product is completely manufactured, assembled, and tested in-house. Pallet Dispenser can be used as a standalone unit or fully integrated into a palletizing system.

      Pallet strapping machine to secure package loading on the pallet by vertical PP band or PET strapping, with mobile lance and index head which can be integated as in-line strapping system. to be applied in bottle & can industry, Food & beverage, timber, wooden board, metal service, paper, furniture, corrugated and construction industries.

Fully Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine

Fully Automatic Pallet Wrapper is conveyorized wrapper for automated unmanned packing lines. It's PLC controlled, pallets can be automatically wrapped and covered on the top simultaneously (optional) to be protected against dust & moisture, and achieve perfect exterior looking. Pallet Wrappers can be fully automatic turntable type pallet wrapper or rotary arm wrapper. And If required, top of pallets can be cover by PE Sheet by means of a top sheet dispenser.

Pallet Conveyor System

Pallet Conveyor can be Roller type Pallet Conveyor or Chain type Pallet Conveyor or Board type Pallet Conveyor. It's suitable for transportation of pallets of different products, and can be used to convey all types of packages, boxes and pallets. It's able to convey heavy products. All pallet conveyors can be customized to specific requirements with regards to length, width, height and loading weight. Orientation turntables and pallet transfers are use to turn the pallets to a different direction.
